DELANO, MN – Billie A. Burbank, 72, of Delano, passed away Friday, July 5, 2019. There will be a memorial service Saturday, July 13 at 11 a.m. at St. Peters Lutheran Church, 3030 Navajo Ave., Watertown, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are with Rettinger Funeral Home.
