BUFFALO, MN - Jessica Ray (Goddard) Napper, 40, of Buffalo, took the Lord’s hand and began her eternal journey Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2019. Her funeral service will take place Friday, Oct. 11 at 11 a.m., with visitation beginning at 9:30 am., at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church of Buffalo. Interment will be in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery of Buffalo. Memorial contributions may be made to Minnesota Stroke Association.
