HOWARD LAKE, MN – LaVerne Leona Eleanor Custer, 90, of Howard Lake, passed away Friday, June 10, 2016. Her funeral service will take place Thursday, June 16, at 11 a.m. at St. James Lutheran Church of Howard Lake, with interment at St. James Cemetery. There will be visitation Wednesday, June 15 from 4 to 8 p.m. at St. James Lutheran School, Howard Lake, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Arrangements are with the Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home, Cokato and Howard Lake.
