Barbara Jean Dahlin of Howard Lake, age 69, passed away July 9, 2020, at Waconia Ridgeview Hospital.A funeral service will take place 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at St. James Lutheran Church of Howard Lake with visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, at Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home of Howard Lake, and one hour prior to service at the church on Wednesday. Interment at St. James Cemetery.
