William F. “Bill” Staye, age 83, of Howard Lake, passed away Sept. 7, 2020. Memorial services will take place Friday, Sept. 11, at 7 p.m. at the Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted, with interment at a later date at Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetary in Winsted. Visitation will take place at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
