Clifton E. Simon, age 71, formerly of Delano, passed away May 1, 2020, at home. A celebration of life will take place Saturday, Oct. 3, at The Jerome in Delano. An open house will take place from 4 to 6 p.m., with a prayer service and memories eulogy from 3 to 4 p.m.
