Jacob John Merges, 34, of Cokato passed away Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2021.
A memorial service for Jacob will take place Saturday, Sept. 25 at 11 a.m. at St. James Lutheran Church in Howard Lake. Pastor Mark Loder will officiate. Inurnment will follow Holy Trinity Cemetery.
A visitation will take place at the church Saturday, Sept. 25, beginning at 9 a.m.
