Carol J. Fortwengler, age 77, of Waconia, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia.
A gathering of family and friends will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2022, at the Johnson Funeral Home (141 E 1st St) in Waconia. A memorial prayer service will be at 7 p.m. with Fr. Peter Hughes officiating.
Private interment will take place at Pitkin Cemetery in Pitkin, CO.
