Jacqueline Lee Carlock, 58, of Hopkins, MN, passed away peacefully Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023, at Homeward Bound – Atwood in Hopkins.
A service will take place Saturday, April 15, 2023, at 11 a.m. at North Crow River Lutheran Church, 35 Quinnell Ave SW, Cokato, MN, 55312. A gathering and cake will follow at the church.
