HOWARD LAKE, MN – Warren Walter Kern, 66, of Howard Lake, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016, at his residence. A memorial service will take place Friday, Nov. 4 at 11 a.m. at Harvest Community Church in Lester Prairie. There will be visitation one-half prior to the services at the church.
