Funeral notice: Joel Schrupp, 63

Joel Schrupp, 63, of Backus, MN, and formerly Norwood Young America, MN, passed away Friday, Dec. 1, 2023, at his residence.
A memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023, at St. Paul’s United Church Of Christ (308 1st St NE) in Plato, MN, with Rev. Brian Brosz as officiant.
A gathering of family and friends will take place at the church Saturday, Dec. 16, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
