WATERTOWN, MN – D. Michael Radde, age 77, of Watertown, passed away Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017, at his home. A memorial service will take place Saturday, Jan. 6 at 11 a.m. at the Waconia Moravian Church (209 East 2nd Street) in Waconia.
