COKATO, MN – Rosalie B. (Peterson) Kotila, 88, of Minneapolis and Cokato, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016. A memorial gathering will take place Saturday, April 30 from 3 to 6:30 p.m. at the Rogers Community Room, 21201 Memorial Drive in Rogers, with remembrance at 3:30 p.m. Arrangements are with the Cremation Society of Minnesota.
