SILVER LAKE, MN – Hubert P. Schermann, 81, of Silver Lake, passed away Sunday, Aug. 19, 2018, at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. A Concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial will take place Friday, Aug. 24 at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Silver Lake. There will be visitation at the Maresh Funeral Home in Silver Lake Thursday, Aug. 23 from 4 to 8 p.m., with the Rosary recited at 5 p.m., and parish prayers at 6 p.m. Visitation will continue Friday at the church, one hour prior to the Mass. Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers. Arrangements are with the Maresh Funeral Home of Silver Lake.
