WINSTED, MN – Lawrence “Larry” Stifter, 52, of Winsted, passed away Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018. Memorial service will be Wednesday, Dec. 5 at 11 a.m. at Grace Bible Church in Silver Lake. There will be visitation at the Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted Tuesday, Dec. 4 from 4-8 p.m. Arrangements are with the Chilson Funeral Home of Winsted.
