HOWARD LAKE, MN – Cheryl Lynn Donovan, 60, of Howard Lake, passed away Monday, Jan. 7, 2019, at her residence. A graveside service will take place Tuesday, Jan. 15 at 1:15 p.m. at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis. There will be a Celebration of Life Saturday, Jan. 19, starting at 1 p.m. at The Blue Note, 320 3rd Street S. in Winsted. All family and friends are welcome to attend.
