WINSTED, WAVERLY, MN – David James Roufs, age 72, of Elko-New Market, Minnesota, formerly of Waverly and Winsted, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Monday, Feb. 4, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Waverly. Military rites will be performed. Visitation will take place at the church Sunday, Feb. 3, from 4 to 7 p.m. with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m., and Monday, Feb. 4, from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Arrangements are with the Chilson Funeral Home of Winsted.
