HOWARD LAKE, MN – Ethel Luverne Mahlstedt, 98, of Howard Lake, formerly of Cokato, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019, at the Howard Lake Good Samaritan Care Center. Her funeral service will take place Thursday, March 7 at 11 a.m. at St. James Lutheran Church in Howard Lake.
