WATERTOWN, MN – John (Jack) A. Speckel, 78, of Watertown, passed away Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019, at Good Samaritan Home in Waconia. A memorial service will take place Sunday, March 24 at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Watertown, with a gathering of family and friends at the church, one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. Arrangements are with the Iten’s Watertown Funeral Home.
